A zombie game worth checking out!

If you want a bit more chaotic action to your zombie game then we have to suggest looking at World War Z. This title focuses on more horde based zombies where players can work together and fend off a massive horde of undead. They are a bit fast in movement similar to what we’ve seen in the film based that bears the same name. Zombies even pile up to reach higher grounds which we imagine no area is really safe from being reached and attacked. Apparently throughout the game players can strategically place traps to thin out the herd of zombies and you’ll be taken to different locations around the world.

Back 4 Blood is an upcoming spiritual sequel to the Left 4 Dead franchise which was originally developed by the development team Turtle Rock Studios. It looks like the gang is bringing back the franchise in a new way since Valve hasn’t brought out a true third installment for the series. This announcement so far doesn’t come with a lot of details unfortunately. Instead, we’re only given a brief little bit of information. The game will play out similar to the Left 4 Dead franchise, it will offer multiplayer and it will have a full campaign.

The Last of Us Part 2 -

PS4.

A zombie game worth checking out!

The Last of Us was a massive success for development studio Naughty Dog and at no surprise, we’re getting a sequel. Fans can’t wait to revisit the world once again and of course the main protagonists. We already know that Joel and Ellie are making a return, but it seems that we’re not getting a direct sequel. Instead, The Last of Us Part 2 will take place a few years after the events of the first game. Furthermore, the trailer suggests that we’ll be dealing with more unusual and hostile human groups, but the flesh-eating creatures that roam the world seem to still be a massive problem.

Within the game, players take on the role of a man named Deacon St. John who was once a bounty hunter. Now that the world has lost most of humanity, Deacon St. John must use his bounty hunter skills to keep himself alive from the zombie creatures that flood the streets. Apparently, these zombie-like creatures have evolved into different species which may force players to deal with them in a particular way.

Resident Evil 2 Remake -

PC, PS4, XBOX.

A zombie game worth checking out!

Capcom was one of the development studios who helped paved the way for the survival horror genre with their release of Resident Evil. That franchise has grown to become a hit in video games, films and novels. However, if you’re looking to get back into the series roots then you may be struggling. While certain titles within the franchise have gone on to receive their own HD remakes and overhauls, other titles like Resident Evil 2 has been left alone. That was until Capcom unveiled that Resident Evil 2 would see a high-definition remake of the game which will greatly improve visuals and gameplay mechanics since its initial 1998 release.
